Nice day in Pacifica, Sun's out and people are surfing. Nice coffee shop, staff friendly and food is good.

I usually come here in the morning when there's less people. It can get really busy closer to lunch and afternoon. They have outdoor seating and a decent sized parking lot. This parking lot serves other businesses in the area and provides beach access as well. So parking might be harder to find. Food is fresh and the coffee is even better. The morning has this calm Pacifica vibe and I prefer the morning over the busier noons. I would definitely recommend if you are stopping in Pacifica or passing by to Half Moon Bay. Ordered the Lox Bagel this time. Bagel, cream cheese, cucumber, lox, and capers with a side of fruit. No complaints here.

We stopped here to grab a quick bite on our way to the city. When we arrived, the line was out the door. I was hesitant but we needed food despite the time crunch. Food was worth. the. wait. So good, we'd wait again! Despite the crowd we got cute little couch-like seating in front of the fireplace. Which was the perfect addition for this chilly rainy day! Yes, we waited on line in the rain - still worth it! We ordered a side of bacon - I'm hyper critical of bacon in the state of California and this might even top all of NY. Also, the Breakfast bagel that was giving NY vibes as well, the burrata quiche that I couldn't recommend more. They came with salad and fruit salad. Drinks were a Vietnamese coffee, an oatmilk cappuccino, and a mini chocolate milk. We also got a vegan and gluten free brownie and snickerdoodle cookie. Yes, you read that right - they have several gluten free options. So, whether you're a local or visiting Pacifica, this place is a MUST!

Soul Grind is at the end of a strip mall with quick access to San Pedro beach. The parking lot was crowded with surfers and beach goers so we had to park at the other end. Not a huge problem but be aware. It was a beautiful sunny Saturday so that could be why ... There was a line to the counter where you order. Almost every menu item is on display (on the right side) which makes it hard to decide. On the left side are the sweets. Everything looked so good We ordered the Green Brekkie, Avo egg Toast, Dutch apple tart (devoured before the picture) matcha oatmilk latte, & iced pour over coffee. The food was good but the standout was the bread and coffee! Lots of tables outside and a some inside. There's a bench in front of a fireplace. +1 star to staff for the honest warning for the blue matcha latte (so convincing that I played it safe and skipped it!)
